I was able to get 1 of the Silver @12:32pm, after many refreshes, had different windows going, and my cell phone. It finally went through on my computer, got the comf# - no luck on getting a Gold. The site seems to still be freezing.

A major dealer is offering to pay $300 for the silver.

and most importantly not to release limited items at the same time to off set server load

This x100. I don't know why they couldn't stagger these out to one set today and one next week sometime. You just had effectively three groups trying to get in. Those that want the gold, those that want only silver, and both. You could've lightened the load by having those who only wanted to try for the silver go today or wait next week which would've made the stress lighter on the gold release which would've sold out faster and ended the crashes sooner for that day. Instead, those that just wanted the silver eagle are getting locked out by those who may have been just trying for the gold.

No luck here either. Never had to try for an hour to buy anything on the US Mint site.

I had one of each in my bag. Clicked checkout and that's when things went sideways. Long story short I think I managed to get a silver but can't get into my account or order history to verify. 56 minutes after they went online still getting "Oops...Something went wrong". No emails received yet.

I would call one of my senators to complain, but they are both useless.
