My MIL is still trying to get one. Not sold out yet but the site keeps timing out.

My mom was able to get 1 as was my brother.

Just over an hour of frustration. I got my wife in on the fun of trying to get it, as well. Her frustration plus mine was not good. We're all good now, but for the sake of my marriage, I don't think I'll do that again.
I had at least 4 times of completing the checkout screen and getting the "Order being processed.." box before it told me something went wrong. Talk about disappointment right when you think you've made it.
I did finally get a silver one, after an hour of trying. Good luck to those still trying.

Had one in my bag & couldn't get through checkout. Now I can't even get logged back in. I've tried a few of these limited ASE before without success. This is probably going to be the last time I waste my time. Seems to me that once you are logged in and successfully get a product in your bag it should be reserved for at least 24 hours.

Yup. Have it go unavailable so other will stop trying and give the system some breathing room.

They blocked/banned my IP after making me solve several bicycle puzzles, so I had to switch to work VPN, and even then it took an hour to place a successful silver order. The website crashed 10 minutes before the sale started. No reason they can't fix this, sort of insulting to their customer base. I don't buy any high demand items on ebay, too shady.
