Bicentennial quarter with a double chin, and under the armpit is doubled but that's not as funny. Is this caused by Machine Doubling.

I'm sorry, I didn't post it in the right place. Honestly at this point I cannot remember where I put it. So where did I post it and where should it have been posted?

No problem! We are here to help.

You had posted it in the Main forum. I moved it to the US Modern Variety and Error Coins forum.

Sorry for any confusion caused by misplacement. I suppose I can understand why I have not received any response because of it.
I recently came across another bicentennial and it has very similar double armpit and chin. Can anyone please help me understand what it is?

You coin has taken a hit on the area in question and it's considered damaged.
