There is one coin dealer I normally stop by from time to time. I was not searching for anything just wanted to see what he had. Being a fan of the penny I went to look through his collection. Of course he had a few early Lincolns in 2X2's but he also had a tin full of wheaties. Searching through them I came across 1909. I flipped it over and found VDB. I flipped it over again praying for a S but it was not there. I bought the penny for a nickel when he had a few in a case selling for $15-$35 bucks. I was smiling very big when I bought it. He even asked me why I was smiling; I just walked out. Report this Post to the Staff
