Quote: I have been receiving ominous emails about not receiving my subscriptions if I haven't verified my shipping and billing. I've been getting them on a few of my enrollments for the last year. I finally got fed up with them and just re-selected my card in the billing section to update the enrollment. No more emails since (for those enrollments).

Why are the commemoratives pre sale? Never done that before.

So the mint can better produce to demand. They put out an email about it.

No more emails since (for those enrollments). I was out of town without computer access for a couple weeks, and during that time I received two notices from the US Mint, stating that I needed to update my subscription billing information if I wanted to receive the " American Innovation 2020 $1 Reverse Proof Coin - South Carolina." Today I received a third email notifying me that my AI 2020 SC Reverse Proof coin has been shipped. Consequentially, in the future, I will ignore these "update your billing information" notices.

I think those emails should have been better worded as, "check your billing info to make sure it's up to date, because if the order gets declined, you're SOL."
I tried seeing if I could add a 2nd proof silver eagle to my subscription this year, but it had the disclaimer they would not honor increases.

Quote: Also, unless I missed it, this pricing was never announced in the Federal Register. Looks like someone at the Mint finally realized they hadn't announced the pricing in Federal Register. 11 days after the coins became available for order, the pricing is being announce in the 2/8/2021 Federal Register.

Quote: I've had the enrollment for a few years, so hopefully I'll get my usual order. Got the email this morning that my usual order for ASEs was confirmed.

Quote:8 minutes in the W proof ASE and Congratulations set are at 'Remind Me' Yup, I got stuck in a meeting until 11:30 (CST), didn't think it would be a problem with high mintage, got back to my desk and it's shown as unavailable.

misfit I don't know how to quote lol. I feel your pain, keep an eye on this one, I'm thinking some may become available later today or tomorrow with credit card cancellations.

I'm surprised they're already at remind me status as well, especially considering that I had absolutely no problem ordering. Don't forget that there's no mintage limit. They'll almost certainly make more later on.

When they locked down the enrollments weeks ago, I figured these would go quickly today especially with a HOL of 99. I hope they are geared toward the type II now and don't mint more of these 327,000 + is already high enough.

If I had to guess, they sold out pre-sale stock and now the item is unavailable, possibly will be available when they have more struck and ready to ship. That seems different from my past experiences.
In the past when they were out of stock but under mintage limits it would go into backorder which let you place your order but there was no estimated ship date. That happened with the 5oz apollo 11 50th pucks, I think mine was on backorder for 4-5 months.
