Those coins are the size of a dime and the PCGS photo system produces (IMHO) optimistic results. A coin graded 66 has flaws that we can't see by the 'true view' that the graders found objectionable. Cameo contrast is a result of the die prep process ; 'modern conservation' (dipping) can accentuate or damage that. Report this Post to the Staff
