It looks like there is die doubling on the reverse of the 2013 Ohio quarter in 'Perry's Victory'.

On those devices, they are incuse on the coin. So when Machine Doubling happens on incuse devices on that area, it is not a doubled die. about 70% of these quarters show slight-strong Machine Doubling on this area. There will be no DDR's on this area. A DDR is on the center of the design. Not on this area.
