Glad you like it! It was really choice for the grade at XF40, and I still think it's choice even for XF45. You got a great coin!

The Barber 50 cent came in today but I've been busy so I didn't see it until late. I'll try to get pictures tomorrow. Also the upgrade coin is scheduled to arrive on Monday! That means I might have the 50 cent type set complete on Monday!

Number 4Lets put this out there, I'm just not a fan of the Barber coinage (especially the larger coins), I'm reluctant to pay lots of money for a coin I'm not particularly fond of, so I had a hard time finding a Barber half dollar that was both aesthetic and a fair price. I have searches set up for my last 5 coins and when this one appeared on the Bay, I didn't wait too long. Here is number 5.   I should get my upgrade for the Ben on Monday, then I will post a picture of the completed 50 cent section of the 7070. Next week (well next month) there won't be any updates. The last 4 coins I need to complete the set, aren't cheap, so I need to save up. I do have another coin that I want as I did somewhat the same of the 7070 (well more a 3535) of Portuguese currency, so I'm picking that up next first and then I'll come back. If any one is interested here is a small type set of the coins from Portugal. HFJacinto's killer collection of coins from Portugal

Well the 50 cent Ben got delivered and it's nicer than I expected, but it came too late to take picture. So tomorrow!

@dearborn, I needed good lighting But its done. When the greatest coin collector I personally know offers you up one of the coins from his top 10 collection (at a very good price), its VERY HARD to say no. This is my first coin from the WineSteven collection and its a pretty nice one at that  Only issue is there a crack in the bell, think crazy glue will fix it?  The coin.   |
