Hi All

Just got this 1914 D Lincoln Cent off ebay.
Would like your opinion if it is genuine or fake.
Seems to have all the right markers.

The mint mark position and font look correct to me. I would say probably genuine.

I bought mine raw, for what that is worth, so no foul there. It looks good to me. I prefer to see it in hand, but I trust your eyes on it.

The mint mark is punched below the tail of the 9 in all known varieties, which is always a good reference point.

Looks OK to me but sure has seen better days. As to a complete set, do you include the 22 Plain, 55 & 72 & 95 Doubled dies? What about all the 2009's? And of course all the 82's, 60's, 70's, etc.? Some Albums have places for some of those and others may not. I wonder if the many other types and/or varieties will ever be added to Albums.

That's all I need to complete my Lincoln collection too,
but I doubt I will get one anytime soon. :(
