1976 Jefferson Nickel Reverse Error?

Roll hunting and found this nickel. Reverse at top of Monticello, the handrails do not have the X inside. Coin is beat up, but that should not wear off. I saw somewhere some guy is really into nickels. Anyone with suggestions?

Some show the posts of the railing/air conditioners and others don't. This year looks like the detail is missing:
