2020-P Lincoln Cent Counter Clash Type II On Obverse And RIDB On Reverse?

Appears to be a Counter Clash Type II Marks at the letter "D" of GOD and at the letter "W" of WE on the Obverse. There is also a RIDB (Retained Interior Die Break) on the Reverse going through the Ribbon and the Letter "N" of "ONE? The two Counter Clash Marks appear to be slightly raised. The one location of the Clash Mark looks like an additional "D" and the other Clash Mark at the "W" appears to be a Foreign object that transferred during the Strike. The weight appears to be normal at 2.50 Grams. Any thoughts? Thanks.
