I'm just trying to figure out what these small raised spots are on the reverse.
#1 infront of her thumb
#2 and 3 are both infront of her face. The first is where her bangs and forehead meet and second is where underneath her nose and in front of her upper lip meet.
I have looked at others that I have an it's not on them.

If they are raised on the fields on those area, the die had some isolated die polishing on the fields on those areas. Where the die was reduced, it leaves raised area on the coins struck with that die. There was probably an issue with die clash lines on the fields on those areas?

After making the overlays, it looks like those areas would not be affected by a polishing. So it maybe part of the design?

I have looked at numerous other quarters same design same mint and it's just not there so I don't know what to think
