2018 P Jefferson Nickel Questions

There are multiple things I would like to ask about this coin. Both obverse and reverse.

Hopefully you can see the details I have pointed out.
First the obverse on the tip of his nose there is a lump in the normal place that a dd would be.
I was actually joking about jefferson having a zit.

On the reverse there are a few things I have questions about. The top left corner of the center door is raised. I took this picture from multiple different angles and I continue to see the same raised area.
The other question is in regards to the left side of the building. One place I believe is a die chip sorry I know I labeled the picture Cud and that is incorrect but I was in a hurry and tired so brain bubble. The other is a raised area that I can not explain directly above/connected to the chip.

They look like die chips. Very common on these things.
