Hello studani. This to me looks like Die Deterioration. There are several DDO varieties of the 1972 Lincoln and I don't see this as fitting any of them. Variety Vista has a very good listing of this year and variety of doubled die with good pictures. Hope this helps.

Looks like master hub doubling and doubling caused by the light you are using. not a DDO.
