I think you might have it. Definitely hard to see in the images though, would probably look better if pics were taken out of the plastic.

DDR-001 might cross reference to WDDR-002 (I'm not 100% sure though). Wexler's info might help you confirm/debunk a match although your coin appears to be a much later die state than the coin photo'd for both DDR-001 and WDDR-002, so die markers may not match even if they are the same die. If I'm right with the WDDR-002 cross reference, DDR-001 should also have a very minor DDO on IGWT (WDDO-010).

Thank you Tanman2001. I did look for the slight DDO, and I had difficulty making the call. The I looked very possible. Like you mentioned previously, the LDS is making this hard to figure out.
