Please let me know your thoughts on this specimen regarding the VAM. The die break leads me to 3A but I can't make out the olive branches clearly enough to be sure from the seller's images.

It's in a PCGS MS-65 holder with a CAC sticker. I personally think the contact cuts on the obverse should hold it back but I'll take it. They may not appear so bad in hand.
