FG is missing it looks like there's a double ear or two separate ears and some doubling in America not to mention the scrape around the front

That scrape is not an error, it is caused by a vending machine or something similar. The fg is still there, jus worn down. There is no Doubled Die that I can see, everything can be attributed to damage.

No errors seen. The circular scrape on the obverse was most likely caused by a coin rolling machine--not that uncommon with coins that are often distributed in rolls--cents, quarters, etc. Old school vending machines can do that also. I see a trace of the 'FG' on the reverse--muddled, yes. Worth? One cent.

Damage is still damage to a coin. There is no, 'We can fix that" on a coin. Now just a face value coin. Send it back to work.

IS the cavity in the head an error or damage. Just wondering if it could be the result of a larger cavity single cavity. Been looking for a coin that could have lead up to the one I have. Just curious.

I don't know of any vending machines that take a Lincoln Cent. Unless you are talking about gumball machines, and can a gumball maching inflict thid kind of damage?

They usually damage the outer edge devices. Mostly the date out digit: Just because we don't have one cent machines, they were everywhere back then. It was a lot easier to ask for a cent, compared to today when they want a larger gumball for a quarter.
