It's not a very pretty quarter, but it seems to be pink...and yellow, and black, and silver. Doesn't seem like toning. I think it's missing the clad layer? Thoughts?

Probably? has been laying under a thin film of water, perhaps on a metal surface for some time.
Under the right conditions, copper nickel, and CN clad, can tone to a nice golden color. Some of that tendency (in patches), has shown itself here.
