Metal Shaving Don't Know What To Classify This One? (De Innovation $)

I was searching some Innovation dollar rolls today and I came across this one...

there is an attached piece of metal shaving at the bottom of the coin and the bottom edge of that coin has a slightly larger Cud space for lack of a better term. It is extremely small but sits on the bottom of the coin between the edge and the reverse image and it is hard to get an image of

what do you think it is? Rim Cud, Broad Stike, misc ?

Looks like it came of the shaved area above that area. Not a plus for the coin. Actually lowers the value for the coin.
