I dont think I'm an expert or anything but it seems like the first stamp is smooth versus bold and thus for making it a rpm in my opinion. I am starting to be able to tell these things so I'm wondering what others will say if I'm wrong to see if I'm on the right track. So again dont take my word for it. Its a nice example still.

Where exactly do you see doubling? Please show us (when we have to guess we usually get it wrong). And where is the Reverse?

Pick up point is the date, it looks stretched? I have seen that before but forget what it is, but it is not a DDO. Can not be a RPM because they stopped in 1990.John1

It almost looks like radial smearing.

Do you have any examples of that, Jim?

I will have to look when I get home. I had a nice example at one time. Go to errorref.com and they should have an example on that site.

Sunny83, WADR, please no more photos. Please work on taking a bit better photos, more in focus and less glare in the future...thanks. John1

IMO, seems to be lighting on one photo looks a spread but MD imo due to last pic makes the date smaller on each other.
