Hey guys. I actually had this coin set aside to look closer for a DDR (which it appears to have). But when I took a second look at the front I noticed this. Let me know what you guys think.

I don't think so, not seeing anything besides a normal cent.

Look at the tails of the 9sin the date, and the E & T of liberty for mild notching.
