1954 S Cent With "Bie" Die Chip - Potential DDO?

Hello Forum!

Was digging through some 1950 - 1958 cents that I had sitting around. I ran across a "BIE" die chip. Looking at the IGWT the lettering seems wider than normal but did not find a match on either Verity Vista or Wexler's coins. I'm thinking it is actually a combination of DDD and a slightly off center strike that might have caused this. I thought I would check and get your opinions on the coin.

Nice BIE. Certainly, Die Deterioration is in-play on the obverse; circulation flattening may be adding to the mix.
