American Silver Eagle Mint Tubes PVC?

Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 01/02/2009 8:02 pm If your talking about the tubes with the green tops from the monster boxes , they do not contain PVC that I know of , but they are not airtite either and I have seen coins go black on the rims in them as well as what seems like quite a number come out hazed (one of the plagues which is frequently seen on the ASE's anyway ) so there is no way to really know if the tubes had anything to do with it .
