Looks like a normal mintmark from what I can see.

I agree with all the above. Am I aloud to post one of the OP's pics though? I cannot tell much from the whited out pics, cannot pick up on any markers but really like Wexlers mm position on WRPM-011.

Possible stain. It is were a mintmark is would be raised, its not. Level with the field.
