All the listed examples on Wexler's site is on the earlobes.

The initials look interestings. But are they incuse or raised. If they are incuse (below the fields) then Machine Doubling could make them look like a spread. But the location is not correct for the DDO's on this design.

Thanks coop , and yes it is raised on the initials , that is the area I was looking at most , I turned the coin on its side , and like you I also didn't see a variety for this
