1961-D Lincoln Cent: Strike Through?

I have this 1961-D Lincoln Cent that has something going on on the reverse, I think it might be a strike-through, but it could be PMD. Thoughts?

Post a full coin photo for better response. It has a struck through look but can't say for sure.

Full pics of the obverse and reverse would help. Hard to tell by your pic if the all the marks are raised or incuse. Guessing it is a Zincoln based on the shiny marks (right side of pic) which tells me the marks are probably incuse which would account for PMD of some sort.

It's not a Zincoln if it's a 1961. It looks like a lamination flaw to me, not struck through. Full coin pics would be nice.
