Variety Vista has no listing for this year. Wexler has several:

But your coin from the images provided looks like a normal die example.
Take a look at the link and see what he has listed. Always nice to see something I was not aware of.

Your title mentions 1970 dime, not a 1970-D dime. That is what you really have.
