Obverse bust looks a little odd
But, the reverse has a lot of PMD
I see large die Crack to the right of
The picture also notice the horizontal lines
From the steps it looks like one column fell
Down and another bent over.

Post strike damage. Something scraped the coin causing the striations that gives the illusion of being a column.

Post mint damage ( PMD). Scratches are too uniform to be from anything but damage. Keep searching
