@trev it looks like this coin was struck with a slightly mis-aligned die (MAD). Normally these are collectable once the inscriptions start to fall off the edge, but of course you could keep this one until you get a better example.

@trvcoin28 I think you misunderstood Spence's comment. This coin is not a significant enough MAD to carry any premium. Just worth a cent.
