sorry for the terrible pics but I just have to ask what these 2 small scratches and this ding would do do this coins grade? would it be considered a impaired proof. (did get the coin out f the cellophane with them) of would it just grade a lot lower. cause the rest of the coin looks fairly nice and has cameo. thanks!

With photos provided, I think it would not get a cameo grade but would get a brilliant proof grade. I also do not think the scratches would make a difference and I would not send it in to a TPG anyways. Congrats on 50 post

Well first of all it's not a cameo , it's Brilliant . Probably poor packaging by the mint ; also weak reverse strike for a proof coin . Live with it or sell it .
