Looks like an upside down Chien Lung (Qian Long) 1736-95
Broad rims could be H22.356 (1781-94)

He means your pictures are upside-down. Or rather, the top pic is upside-down, the bottom pic "should" be rotated 90 degrees anticlockwise.
