2015.d.dime Rim Issue On Obverse Side

Dragg Valued Member United States 181 Posts	Posted 11/18/2021 10:47 pm It Has a split rim around the whole coin on the Obverse side.And if you run your finger around the Obverse side it feels sharp like a knife..Can someone Help me with what this is called?
