What microscope are you using? The images look very nice. I am not qualified to give you an opinion on the doubling.

So far, I'm seeing evidence of Machine Doubling, not a doubled die. Others will be along to comment.

@dou, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes that step-like doubling looks like MD to me too. Yours is a nice example.
