The third image from the top. Note the lower loop area is not showing a contour. on that area. On the '9' you can see more MD on that device as well. Thus it is not a RPM but MD. Also note that the mintmark is not enlarged. The affected area has been alter by the die after the strike that made the contour to be removed.

I found 1987-D WRPM-011/rpm-006 which looks very similar to this one. This was the 4th edition of "Strike it Rich" by Ken Potter and Dr. Brian Allen. Almost Identical...
