I found this 2005 d west Virginia quarter and it looks like there are 2 die errors. Please advise?

Note the rim around a coin? It flows parallel to the edge of the coin. Note on your coin, the pushed in area? That is damage to the coin after strike. It is not a mint error. It is damage to the coin post strike.
