Hello everyone. I've recently purchased this german siver mark. The seller claimed that the coin is a proof one, yet it has many scratches on the surface.
I'm probably going to grade this coin. How would you see it's potential grade?

Wow, cool proof; I think these scratches seem to be die filing lines made at their minting facility.
Probably PR-64 in my opinion...
