I got this bill today in a stack of my weekly $200 that I search through. It has alot of stuff on it. Has a backwards 2 on the right near the other 2 and on the left near the 1. Has extra bits of signiture on the left and around the brim. Also has extra righting on the right and what apears to be a block A.. Is this a error of some sort? Worth anything?
Looks like a wet ink transfer to me, not sure if it would be considered an error or not,as for value,i don't know,i guess if some body wants it bad enough they will make an offer. John1
That means that before the ink dried on another note, this note was stacked up on it and so the wet ink from the other note came off.
Is it an error? Possibly, but only if someone wants it.
**In fact, if you keep a dollar between two pieces of paper and hold it under a book, after a week or so you can see the two papers have an image of the dollar bill from its ink.
If you want to do another kind of this transfer, I think you can heat the note so the ink will become more viscous, and then mash it on top of another note.
