It's a 1977 dollar bill that I have had for probably 20-some years. I found it in change as a kid, and noticed it looked weird. The front looks normal, but the back looks like a mirror image of the front was lightly put on, or the front bled through the back.

I think it's called a wet transfer error

Yes, that's pretty much what is called an offset error. They are usually described by percentage of what is transferred, and this one looks pretty much like 100%.
