Hello, I'm new here and have been having trouble get a good answer. I have sent pictures to several "experts" and have got different answers. The coin has a break in Truman's glasses. The error appears to show broken glasses. One said post damage and on said it a error. The guy 5hay said it's a error said the piece that's broken is sticking straight up and has to be a error beacause that peace is higher up than on a non error coin. Any help would be great. Thank you

Certainly looks incused which makes it a circulation hit.

I'm with @bobby and @jc on this one—that is just damage.

A very in-opportune location to have a coin take a hit and dent it in. but that is what it is a circulation hit. Whether accidental or intentional - it comes to the same thing, Damage after it left the mint.

Wrong, that is exactly what damage looks like. It has taken a hit from the right which pushed the metal to the left.
It is only an error if it happened during the striking of the coin and there is no way that could happen at that time.

Note the metal movement to a new location. That tells you that this area took a hit and is now moved to a new location, like pushed snow. Just a hit to the coin.
