this said 56-d perfect double D ,but looking like 3 or more D's .this comes from my mom and was in with more.may let some go ,so much just sitting in a box ,and someone should enjoy them. and would this be red/brown?

Im not sure which stage, would depend on die markers I just picked one. But its a great RPM in any stage

Wonder if the fire alarm was being tested at the Denver mint, just as the mint worker struck the mint mark.

D/D not 3 'D's. The reverse is showing black spots, looks like carbon spots. These are a problem for your coin. They will get worse with time. They maybe the reason the coin was cleaned.

Nice RPM and it looks to be better than the F-VF that you have written on the flip (though it does look cleaned/polished).

However, I have always heard the 1960D RPM-1 referred to as the "Perfect Double".
