Hey Everyone,
This is a pretty straight forward one. I'm trying to determine whether this is a minor clipped planchet or if this is PMD.

Also, what is the best way to determine if a clipped planchet is legitimate?

Thanks for the help!

I call genuine minor clip; I see the Blakesky effect on the other side on the obverse .

The dovetails on the rim speak volumes, definitely legit.

Thanks for all the helpful responses! This is my very first clipped planchet found in the wild.
