1984 P Penny - Wdoubled Die Obverse / DDO -011?

MD is caused when the die bounces slightly after the strike, pinching the metal on the struck coin (as opposed to a doubled die, where the image is doubled on the die itself and is struck into the coin). This is caused buy the machine, not on an affected doubled die on the die. Even Machine Doubling can be seen on doubled dies as well. Report this Post to the Staff
