Hey Everyone,
This is a pretty straight forward one. I'm trying to determine whether this is a minor clipped planchet or if this is PMD.

Also, what is the best way to determine if a clipped planchet is legitimate?

I call genuine minor clip; I see the Blakesky effect on the other side on the obverse .
