2019 D Penny Die Cap Error? - Coin Community Forum

CRHunting Valued Member United States 172 Posts	Posted 02/07/2022 01:15 am Hey Everyone, I found this penny and my brain immediately tried to dismiss it as a Dryer Coin because of the rounded edge but then I realized the rounded edge formed a cap on the reverse. The main thing is that it could not have happened when the coin was struck which is the only time an error can occur. Report this Post to the Staff
