. Not an error and need a close up of the date area to help determine the date, if possible.

@mmp, I agree with @john1 that the reverse side of this dime has been heavily worn down (not a mint error).

You can't have a coin with the rim only on one side so it has to be PMD.

Yep, someone took a sander to this one. I wouldlike to see a better shot of the obverse (front or heads side) like you did with the reverse side..
