Lincoln 1991 D Off Center Strike?

Hello all,

This is Lincoln's one-cent 1991 D and I think it has an off-center strike because as you can see it is a bit of frame. On the other side on the word "UNITED" I think you can see a potential double die. I wanted to ask if this coin can have value? I will be glad to hear your opinions.

P.S. A bit off-topic but I wanted to ask maybe someone could recommend some specialists that can do a valuation of the coins? thank you a lot!!

Not off-center, it is a very minor MAD=misaligned die. Not a doubled die either. Above TED is split copper plating. As to valuations, check ebay sold values.
