I found this nickel iny change. It had the mint stamp right beside the date and it has this blob also on the front of the coin. Any suggestions as to what it might be worth? I have only heard of one other one.

Nice example of a Cud. A die chip that affects the rim of the coin basically. Def a good example especially to find in the wild.

Wow, nice find!

Never realized the 1975-D 'Misplaced Mintmark' eventually developed a Cud but there you go.

Listed as CU-5c-1975D-02: http://cuds-on-coins.com/jefferson-...1-1973-1979/

I agree very nice find. You could check prices sold on ebay to come up with an estimate of the value. In the meanwhile, this coin is definitely worth protecting in a 2x2 or air-title.

The 75D misplaced mm is a great find by itself. A Cud on it is terrific. Super find. Two birds with one stone.

Nice find, congrats!

Reverse photos are helpful to post as well, especially with Cud errors.
