I found this note but could not locate any sources that had pricing and variety info.

This note w/o the stamp goes for about $ 5.

I need to know a site with the values and if this wax stamp increases the value significantly.

I don't collect banknotes as a rule but would hazard a guess that the seal would devalue the note per se. If the seal had some historical significance then it might be worth something to a history buff rather than a banknote collector. Do let us know what you discover.
