To me, that appears to be a normal 1959D mintmark suffering from Die Deterioration. I see no signs of a spread or notching. Now I will wait for the experts to confirm or deny my opinion!

I have a hard time telling the Tilted RPM's especially on a worn MM from a photo. Go to coppercoins.com and try to match up markers from the 59-D 1MM-026 thru 1MM-050 if it is one it would be in that range

There's only one type of mintmark in 1959.

This is an image of a normal D. There's no doubling there.
