Good morning, this coins appears to be missing the I in Liberty. I am not sure if this is done after the strike or not looked just suspicious enough to post. Your thoughts are appreciated. Thank you.

Looks a partially Grease Filled Die with a scratch running through it

Also note on IN GOD area: The devices are smaller from an over polishing to remove Ridge Ring. So I feel the missing 'I' was polished off of the die on that area. Thus it is missing.
